MY HOUSE by Ana María Cruz Casas (2º CAL)
I live in a townhouse in Guadix. My house is located uptown. From its windows you can see Sierra Nevada.The views are spectacular at this time of the year when it is full of snow. It´s the best view that you can see when you wake up. In my neighbourhood, the houses are the same externally but each one is different inside depending on the decoration and personal style of each owner, but also on the distribution of the rooms and materials (wood, doors,toilets…)
Noow I will go on to describe my house: I want to tell you that it´s a big, comfortable and beautiful house. There are three floors and eleven rooms in its. On the first floor you can find the kitchen with a porch, a living- room, an office-library, a bathromm and also (in the back) a small garden with trees and big plants. Upstairs we have the sleeping area with the bedrooms and bathrooms.There is also a terrace. On the lower floor (semi basement) there is a rustic living-room with a fireplace. This is the room that we used to meet with family and friends. Also in this floor, there is a store room, a laundry room and the garage.
It´s is my house and perhaps it isn´t the best but it is just the house I want. However if I was eighty years old or older this house wouldn´t be the best house for me for two reasons: first because I wouldn´t be able to clean it and second because it´s uncomfortable to go upstairs or to move from one floor to another.
Finally I want to tell you that if you want , you can come and visit me some day. I will invite you to have a coffee.

Who can say that has a house on property today? Spain is going through a very bad crisis but two years ago it was different. I was very lucky and I bought a house.
My new house is more comfortable than the other house where I lived before.My husband and I spent all our money on the house.The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a hall, a living room, a study, a bathroom, a garage and a big yard. I have a big black sofa, it´s better than my mother´s sofa.
I love cooking, therefore I spend my free time in the kitchen cooking delicious meals.
When it is hot, I sunbathe in the yard. If I had put a pool in the yard, in summer, I would have swum on it. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms and a big bathroom. However, I use one room to iron. Have you ever had a two meters bed? I have the biggest bed of my village.
Finally, if you want to buy a house at this moment, you should save money and have a job because every day, hundreds of people lose their homes.
