Oh! You must mean the US Air Force which did not exist until 1947. The Army Aviation may meet your criteria, but it wasn't a "corps'. Like Naval Aviation, it was an experiment.

Death penalty or execution is still practised in many countries around the world. Belarus is the only European country where it is legal. United States, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, India, China, Iran,… are some examples of countries where it is practised.
