“Game of Thrones” is the last TV serie that I have seen, and it seems that this serie is being very popular in all the world.
First of all, the TV serie “Game of Thrones” is based in a very famous book: “A song of Ice and Fire”, that it was wirtten by George R. Martin in 1996 and nowadays, this book has increased the sales thanks to the successfull of the serie; by the way, you can see it by Internet or in Channel +; likewise I recommend you that you see the original versión with Spanish subtitles, because is much more amazing and one way to practice English. Moreover, you should listen the original soundtrack that is written by Ramin Diawadi, because is wonderful.
On the other hand, I tell you that it´s posible that when you see the first episodio you don´t understand anything because there are many carácter and there are many relationship between them too; it´s like the Middle Ages, for that reason the marriage is one way to have more power.
Finally, I´m going to tell you a summary of the story; there are seven kingdoms in this country with seven noble houses that they fighted in the past for the power but at present is the Robert Baratheon the King of the Seven Kingdoms (Baratheon´s house) with his wife, Cercei Lannister (Lannister´s house; the richest house). The Robert´s adviser has dead and for this cause, the King travels to Winterfell where his best friend, Ned Stark (Stark´s house) lives with his family. The King will ask Ned Stark if he wants to be his new adviser (“The hand of the King”) so it is the beginning that a fascinating story.
In conclusion, I recommend that you see that tv serie!! "Trailer season 1"

The film was nominated for he Goya awards for Best European film, and it was also nominated at the Irish film and television awards for best international film. In the Young Artist awards it was, again, nominated for best performance in an international feature film leading young performers, Asa Buterfield and Jack Scanlon. The film won in 2008 The British Indepent film awards for best actress, Vera Farmiga also at the Chicago Internacional film Festival, Mark Herman won the Audience choice award.The film is based on the book “The boy in the striped pyjamas” written by John Boyne.
The film is set in Nazi Germany in a concentration camp called Auschwitz.It is about two children, the son of a Nazi commandant and a Jewish concentration camp inmate. At the beginning of the film, Bruno and his family must move from their home in Berlin to a new house in an unfamiliar place in the country. One day Bruno comes upon a fence that he follows until he sees a young boy sitting on the other side of the fence. They play like normal children although war and death are around them. Bruno asks Shmuel why there are so many people on his side of the fence and what they are doing there. Bruno continues to explore the woods near his house and often finds himself at the fence spending time with Shmuel. Bruno brings him food, and the friends laments the fact that they cannot explore together or play a game of football. Shmuel confides in Bruno that he is unable to find his father and he is worried. Bruno vows to help Shmuel look for his father; to that end, Shmuel promises to get Bruno some pyjamas so that he will blend in on his side of the fence. The end is very sad and I’ll never forget the scene where the two children go hand in hand looking for Shmuel’s father. It’s a book and a film everyone will enjoy although the end is very sad. It’s well-worth seeing and you should definitely not miss it.I would recommend it to everyone! Choosing only one film between thousands is ever a hard work, but if I had to choose, I will prefer a rare western movie, directed by Nicholas Ray in the late fifties. Filmed in a unusual Technicolor with brilliant yellows and intense reds, this filme was protagonized by two women, something very strange in a western film. The story shows a love relationship full of troubles and with two women that loved the same man, Johnny Guitar.
The soundtrack has one of the most world-wide known songs in the world, a short song but very beautiful, that tells you what are the most important feelings of the characters in the film. The film ends with a duel between two woman. The female protagonist kills the other woman with a revolver and then She returns with Johnny, her old love. Johnny Guitar is considered one of the best movies in history . You should see this film and even more if you are female. So, I am going to speak about the last film that I watched on the Tv. It was last Sunday, 26 ͭ ͪ February, I watched a big, beautiful and interesting film. It was on chanel 1 at quarter past ten. The film´s name was TAKEN, but its name in Spanish is ¨Venganza¨, it came out in 2008. I have seen it twice, and for me, it is an excepcional film. TAKEN is better than other films, and also this film was less expensive than a lot of similar films. On the other hand, It is a thriller and action film.This is the sinopsis, a father listens by phone that his daughter has been kindnapped. This is a bad dream that will be real for Bryan, who is a ex-secret agent of the goverment of EEUU. My favourite film is "Pearl Harbor". This film is aboute the Second World War, when Japan bombed the U.S. in Hawaii.During the battle we can find a love story between a pilot and a nurse. But the pilot flew to England to help them in the war with Germany and died.The nurse falls in love with his best friend and they will have a son but the pilot isn´t dead, he is alive! When the pilot comes to U.S. he finds his best friend with his girlfriend and they break up. At this moment the battle starts and his friend....I can´t tell you more. For me, this is the best film that I have ever seen, I invite you to see it, it´s wonderful! What is the most boring film that you have ever seen?
I have one!!! I love films, they are more interesting than TV programmes and series that you can watch on TV now. And what is more, I prefer going to the cinema than staying at home watching TV. TV is not sometimes as fun as going to the cinema with friends!!.
However, I had to change this way of thinking when I went to the cinema last time. The new Brad Pitt´s film seemed the best option. And he was acting with Sean Penn, one of the most famous actors in the world. It could not be a bad choice, I thougth! And we, my friends and I, saw the film.
Really, I do not think so! Because we were sitting in the cinema but we were not seeing the film. It was impossible!!! I have never seen a film as boring as this film, "The Life´s Tree". If I had to choose the worst film in the history I would choose this one, because it was longer, slower and less interesting than other worst classified and cheaper films.
But I could not understand it! Its director is a good director, he has won a lot of prizes and is more popular than other directors, and its actors are better and more demanding than others... What happened? I do not know yet. I only know that the result was a bad film in my opinion and in the opinion of the majority of the spectators who watched the film that day. I don´t want to talk more about this film. You have to see it. If you like romantic films you will like to watch it. For me this film is very pretty, romantic and the most import thing the end is a happy ending.
Teacher´s favourite I can strongly recommend "Invictus" directed by Clint Eastwood. This film is based on Nelson Mandela’s life during the 1995 Rugby World Cup in South Africa. Morgan Freeman plays the part of Nelson Mandela who was President of South Africa at the time, and Matt Damon is Francois Pienaar, the South African team captain.
